Made of nylon and TPE foam.

Total of 8 iron weights, 4 in the front and 4 in the back each weighing approximately 2.18 lbs. Vest holds a maximum of 18lb.

Washing Instructions: 

 

Remove the weights. Hand wash with antibacterial soap and hang dry.
